We look into the tools you already use, study how the broken process currently works, and put together a concrete plan: what we'll build, how it connects to your stack, what it will do, the fixed price, and the timeline. You review and approve it before any work begins.

Build

We build the flow according to the approved plan. You don't install anything, configure anything, or have a developer on your side. We work with the tools and accounts you already have.

Deploy & Test

We deploy the flow, run it on your real data, and hunt for the edge cases that always show up — unusual orders, weird inputs, formats nobody anticipated. Everything gets fixed before your team or customers touch it.

Go Live

When do I actually start paying?

Every build is custom work made only for you, so it starts with a deposit once you approve the plan. The balance is due on go-live, and a monthly retainer covers hosting, monitoring, and fixes after that. Nothing is charged for the intro call or the discovery plan — and you know the full cost before any work begins.

We don't have a developer or IT team. Is that a problem?

Not at all — that's exactly who we're built for. We handle every technical part: hosting, integrations, AI setup, monitoring, fixes. Your involvement is limited to telling us what needs automating and approving the plan. No setup, no configuration, no technical work on your side.

Can we cancel the monthly fee anytime?

Yes. The monthly retainer is cancel-anytime with no fees — monthly plans stop whenever you want, and annual plans (paid upfront with a two-month discount) run the full year, then renew, switch to monthly, or stop. The deposit and balance cover work already delivered, so they aren't refundable.

How long does a flow take to go live?

Usually 2-3 weeks depending on complexity and how many systems we're integrating. Discovery and planning happen in the first week — you'll know the exact timeline before approving anything.

What happens if the flow breaks or makes a mistake?

Every flow goes through extensive testing before it goes live — real data, edge cases, unusual inputs, failure scenarios. After launch, we monitor every flow 24/7 and usually fix issues before you notice them.
